What do you offer in the kitchen as far as utensils and facilities?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. It also has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and blender. You should plan on bringing ice and a cooler for the deck, paper products, and drinking water.
How many bathrooms does the house have?
There are 4 bathrooms, each with a shower. The Tiki room also has a tub.
Are linens provided?
We provide linens for all beds and plenty of towels and wash cloths in all bathrooms.
Please bring your own beach towels for the pool & lakes.
Does the house have air conditioning?
Yes, each area of the house has its own unit.
How many sleeping areas does the house have?
There are four flexible sleeping areas – please see the details under “Amenities”.
Additional accomodations for larger groups?
If you have more than 30 people in your party, please contact Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino and ask for the "Sunset Ranch Oasis" group discount for your additional guests. See information in our "Contact Us" page.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well behaved pets are allowed.
Is camping allowed on the Ranch?
We do not allow camping with tents. If you would like to bring an RV you are welcome to, but keep in mind that any guests in the RV are included in the total guests under your contract.
How deep is the lake water?
4-7 feet.
Where does the water come from?
We have our own 1400 ft deep well with good quality water. The water is periodically tested to ensure quality along with treatments of aqua-shade and sonar to prevent weed growth.
Do we share the house and pool?
No, the house, pool, fishing lake, swimming lake, putting green, fire pit, etc are for your exclusive use.
Do we share the ski lake?
No, the Ski Lake rental is for your exclusive use.
What if something goes wrong with the house or lake during our stay?
We have a ranch manager that lives in a separate residence on the ranch who can assist you with any questions, directions, problems, etc.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, it is heated from November 1st through April 30th.
Is there a Jacuzzi?
No
How close are desert cities such as La Quinta and Palm Desert?
The fine dining and shopping of the desert cities are about a 20-25 minute drive.
Are there any casinos close by?
Fantasy Springs Casino and Spotlight 29 Casino are about 10-15 minutes away.
How close are golf courses?
Terra Lago (formerly Landmark Golf Club) is 15-20 minutes and the multiple courses at PGA West are 20 minutes away. |
