Duck Hunting 2007-2008 Season

Other Information on Rental Rates:

For weekly rentals: arrival and departure on Mondays and Fridays

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time: Noon Mondays through Fridays; 3:00 p.m. on Sundays

Deposit to Confirm Reservation: The non-refundable* deposit to confirm your rental is 50% of your total rental fee. We will need a signed copy of our rental contract along with the 50% deposit fee to confirm your reservation.

If we are able to rent the Ranch for your reserved time, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $75 (or $150 for a week rental) reservation cancellation charge.

Balance Due Date and Security Deposit: The balance of the rental fee and a separate check for $700 as a security deposit, will be due two weeks prior to your arrival. Assuming there are no damages, your security deposit will returned in full.

Heated Pool: The rental rates include a heated pool from November 1st thru April 30th
